How many of you know what the subconscious mind does?
Our subconscious mind controls everything we do. It controls the narrative in our mind, how we think, act or how we feel. This mind is programmed with a set of beliefs that you acquired from birth to age 7. Think of it as a computer program. A program needs to be created in order for it to run. The same is with you. Your environment helps you create a set of beliefs that you adopt as a blueprint for your future life. And what happens if you adopt certain behaviors or beliefs that are negative or detrimental to you? The only way to change this is to create new sets of beliefs (a new program) that will eventually replace the old program all together.
We cannot delete what has been imprinted but we can create a new set of stories so the old stories do not control the entire narrative of our life. This is a guide to help you do exactly this. I teach you exactly how to do this in this shortcut guide.
