How Not to Lose Yourself

We get so caught up in our day-to-day responsibilities that we lose ourselves before we even realize it. As moms, we are so busy doing so much that we forget about the one person who matters the most: YOU. We rush to get everything done and, by the end of the day, we’re too tired to enjoy it. Our lives shouldn’t be this way. Even though we’re busy, we can still plan to have the best day of our lives. Here’s how:

Here is a quick hack that works every time:

  1. Write down all the things you need to do today and divide them into categories. For example: gym, morning routine, work, errands, playtime with kids, cleaning, etc.
  2. Set an intention for each category and visualize everything going well. For instance, visualize and write down having the best workout ever. Visualize truly connecting with your clients and helping them with their needs. Visualize being a kid again while playing with your children.
  3. Now that you have planned your day and set an intention for everything you will be doing, watch how your day unfolds effortlessly.

By planning and setting intentions, you can transform your busy schedule into a series of fulfilling and joyful moments. I hope this hack helps you have fun throughout the day and make it memorable and meaningful.
